I'm using CoMindWork from April 2007 - a whole year for doing non-commercial projects with my friends.
It's very cool to have one thing that gives you collaboration and wiki.

Схожий по идеологии (и значительно либеральнее по ценам) ... сервис. Для работы необходимо создавать проект, внутри которого разделять свои задания по Событиям, Спискам дел и Задачам. Естественно, что в Comindwork есть файловое хранилище (300 Мб на бесплатном тарифном плане) и возможность ведения заметок (в блоге). О том, что происходит в проекте его администратор (или владелец, если работа идет в одиночку) может получать уведомления по RSS.

Sometimes it's crucial for user adoption to allow your users to access their content really quickly. In single click. For this reason we often use "Custom tab" functionality as a way to put quick link to specific list or item.
By including chat and Instant messenger into its tools, Comindwork expands the range of tools for real-time collaboration. See who's online and send messages right from your web browser.
Gantt Chart tool is now able to automatically shift finish-to-start dependent tasks. If you have linked tasks, and extend or move forward one of "parent" tasks, you'll be asked to shift all dependent tasks further in time. This is useful for all project managers who deal with tasks in real time, by the time of execution.
Imagine you have two of your workflows connected. Say, you're doing a software project, and it has "Development features" and "Tickets / Issues" connected to features. "Backlinks" is a functionality that allows you to quickly add tickets (dependent objects), when reviewing feature (parent object). This is useful whenever you have 1-to-N parent-child relationship between two different types of objects.
We've done lots of improvements throughout the system lately. One of the improvements that make life more easy, is possibility to customize columns on Gantt view. Default view includes task title, status, start and finish dates, but we don't want to limit our customers in such a way.
With new possibility to import tickets from a spreadsheet, Comindwork creates a lot easier way to manage issues: tickets, tasks, bugs, requests etc. Now you may either one-time import your tickets from legacy issue tracking system to use in Comindwork, or apply this feature to update items using Excel or another spreadsheet software.
Quick way to find data is one of the keys to quick work. And now it's more easy to search from any page on your Comindwork site. Instead of "Search" tab, there's a handy widget that opens many possibilities to enhance your search. Just see the right-top corner of Comindwork environment.
Comindwork makes step toward becoming a PaaS, Platform-as-a-Service. In most knowledge-based companies you have a lot of data that you need to share, collaboratively change, discuss, analyze and store somewhere. It's fun, but Comindwork allows all those things in one place.

We've launched new version of local installation trial package, versioned Comindwork 2.5.2. New release is identical to everything that can be found in SaaS version.
