Creating Folders Structure

You can create any folder structure the same way as you do in your operating system. Click on the directory at the left to select the current folder, then click on "Create Folder" button to create a subfolder under the selected one.
In opened popup window, enter a new folder name and click "Create".

Uploading Files

One file upload

  • To upload a file, select a folder from the list at the left (1) where to store the file.
  • Notice, the current directory is displayed at the top (2).
  • Then click on "Upload a File" button (3) ...
  • ... and select the required one from your local computer (4).
  • Specify description if required and click "Save" (5)

Multiple Drag & Drop Files Upload

  • Select a folder where to store files (1).
  • Click on "Upload Files(drag & drop)" button (2).
  • Then select the files on your local computer using Windows Explorer or any other file manager software. Select required files (3) and drag them to the white space in the opened popup.
  • After you drop the files, they will appear in the Upload file popup (4).
  • Repeat step 3 to select a bunch of files for upload. If you selected wrong file you can remove it selecting in the list and clicking on "Remove" button. When the bunch is prepared, click on "Upload" (5) to initiate upload to the server.
When preparing the bunch (alternatively to using drag & drop), you can click on "Add" button (1) and select multiple files from opened popup (2).

Working with Files

Common operations (load, rename, move, delete, edit description)

  • 1: Mouse-hover the file description and click on appearing icon to edit the file description
  • 2: Use a drag point to move file to another folder
  • 3: Click on "Edit" icon from appearing toolbox to Rename the file
  • 4: Use "Delete" icon to remove the file from a folder
  • 5: To access the file (load it on your local computer), click on its name

Mass operations

  • If you want to do the same action on a set of files, you can check them using a checkbox in the list (1) ...
  • ... or select all files using quick selection option (2).
  • Notice the selected files are highlighted.
  • Click on operation required ("Delete" button for example) (3) to delete all selected files

File Versions

New version of a file is created whenever you upload a new file with the same name as already stored in the selected folder. The list of files shows a version number, when the file was modified and who did update.
  • Click on version number link (1) to see the list of the file versions
  • Opened popup shows the list of all file revisions, you can load any file version, clicking on its name (2)
  • To set the previous version of the file as an active one (e.g. revert updates), click on "Save as current" link (3)
  • To compare versions (works for text files only), select versions to compare using radiobuttons (4) and click "Compare selected versions" button
