Milestones
Milestones helps you to track your time-critical activities in project. Whenever the date of an activity is critical, the milestones are a way of tracking important project phases, meetings, deliverables, etc.

- 1: See all your milestones in calendar view, mouse-over to get more details for a milestone
- 2: Have all your milestones listed and grouped by dates (late, upcoming and completed milestones are color-marked)
- 3: See other milestones for upcoming 3 months in common short calendar view
- 4: Distinguish late, finished and upcoming milestones by color-coding
- 5: See linked to-do lists on the dashboard
- 6: Export your milestones in your desktop/web-based Calendar software using iCalendar
Creating Milestones
To create a milestone, click on "Create new milestone" button in menu or mouse-over the calendar day and select "add" icon:
In opened form:
- 1: Specify milestone title, description (optional) and select responsible person
- 2: Select milestone date in calendar. If you clicked on the "add" button on a dashboard, the date will be selected automatically
- 3: Specify if a reminder should be sent by email when milestone date is approaching
